What mock exams are included?

Free users get one 5-question mini-mock per week to try the exam experience. Student and Professional plans include unlimited full-length mock exams (175 questions for BCBA, 85 for RBT — timed and weighted like the real exam), domain-specific practice, and detailed performance analytics to track your exam readiness.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can switch between Student and Professional, or between monthly and annual billing, at any time from Settings > Subscription. Every change, upgrade or downgrade, takes effect immediately: the time left on your current plan is credited, the new plan is charged for the rest of the billing period, and the difference is billed or credited right away. Switching during a free trial ends the trial and starts paid billing on the new plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, Student and Professional plans include a 7-day free trial through secure Stripe checkout. A payment card is collected for paid trials, and you will not be charged until the trial ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe. For Institution plans, we also offer invoicing and purchase orders.

Can I get a refund?

Annual subscriptions include a 30-day refund window. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of an annual plan, contact support and we will review the account for a refund.

Do you offer student discounts?

Our Student plan is already priced with student budgets in mind. If you are part of a university program or cohort, contact us at support@tafmeds.com to ask about educational institution pricing.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your progress data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, allowing you to resubscribe and pick up where you left off. You can also export your data before canceling.

Is TAFMEDS FERPA compliant?

TAFMEDS is designed with educational data privacy in mind and supports FERPA-aligned institution workflows. Contact us for data processing agreements and institution-specific requirements.

Can I use TAFMEDS for my entire ABA program?

Yes. Institution accounts are set up by hand after you contact us, and each one includes everything in Professional. We can also set up teacher accounts for your instructors, who create classes that students join with a code, assign decks, and follow each student's progress. Contact us for a quote.
