Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TAFMEDS ("the Platform") at tafmeds.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
TAFMEDS is operated by ClassroomPulse.io and supports doctoral dissertation research on digital fluency-building methods.
Important: These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClassroomPulse.io. Please read them carefully before using TAFMEDS.
Description of Service
TAFMEDS (Type All Fast Minute Every Day Shuffled) is a digital fluency-building platform designed to help Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) graduate students master technical terminology using Precision Teaching methods.
The Platform Provides:
Research Participation
By using TAFMEDS, you acknowledge that the Platform is part of a doctoral research study comparing digital and traditional SAFMEDS formats.
Your Participation Includes:
- Data Contribution: Contribution of anonymized practice data for research analysis
- Experimental Conditions: Possible assignment to different experimental conditions
- IRB Compliance: Data collection in accordance with IRB-approved protocols
Voluntary Participation: Participation in the research component is voluntary. You may withdraw from the study at any time without affecting your access to educational features of the Platform, subject to study requirements.
Account Registration
To use TAFMEDS, you must meet the following requirements:
- Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age
- Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Account Security: Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Unauthorized Access: Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Acceptable Use Policy
When using TAFMEDS, you agree to the following:
You May:
- Use the platform for legitimate educational purposes
- Complete practice sessions to improve your knowledge
- Access your progress data and learning analytics
- Participate in research studies as outlined
You May Not:
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt Platform operation
- Use automated tools without permission
- Submit false or misleading information
- Manipulate or falsify practice session data
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
Academic Integrity
TAFMEDS is designed to support genuine learning and research. Users are expected to maintain academic integrity:
- Honest Completion: Complete practice sessions honestly and independently
- No External Aids: Do not use external aids during timed assessments unless permitted
- Focus During Sessions: Maintain focus during practice sessions (focus tracking may be enabled)
- Report Issues: Report any technical issues that may affect data accuracy
Consequences: Violations of academic integrity may result in exclusion from the research study and/or account termination.
Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by ClassroomPulse.io and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Platform Content
All text, graphics, software, and other materials on the Platform are our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
User Content
You retain ownership of any original content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for Platform operation and research purposes.
Feedback
Any suggestions, ideas, or feedback you provide may be used by us to improve the Platform without any obligation to you.
Educational Content
The ABA terminology flashcards, learning modules, and educational articles on TAFMEDS are provided for educational purposes.
- Content Level: Content is designed for graduate-level ABA education and professional development
- Updates: Materials may be updated periodically to reflect current standards and best practices
- Not a Substitute: The Platform is not a substitute for formal ABA training, supervision, or certification programs
- Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all content is error-free
Privacy
Your use of TAFMEDS is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the Platform, you consent to:
- Collection of account and usage data as described in our Privacy Policy

Disclaimer of Warranties
TAFMEDS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We Do Not Warrant That:
- The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Defects will be corrected in a timely manner
- The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
- The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
- Any content on the Platform meets your specific requirements
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassroomPulse.io and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of TAFMEDS.
This Includes But Is Not Limited To:
- Loss of data, research progress, or academic work
- Interruption or unavailability of service
- Errors in content, features, or functionality
- Any other damages arising from Platform use
Maximum Liability: In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClassroomPulse.io, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Violation of any rights of a third party
- Any content you submit to the Platform
Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of TAFMEDS at any time without prior notice. This includes:
- Adding, removing, or modifying features and functionality
- Changing pricing or subscription terms (with notice)
- Updating content, including flashcard decks and learning materials
- Modifying these Terms of Service
Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon Termination:
- Your right to access the Platform will cease immediately
- Research data may be retained as required by study protocols
- You may request deletion of personal data per our Privacy Policy
- Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect
You May Terminate Your Account:
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting us. Upon your request, we will delete your personal data subject to legal and research retention requirements.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution:
- Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally
- Arbitration: Any disputes not resolved informally may be subject to binding arbitration
- Jurisdiction: You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in the United States
Severability:
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
